Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are in spotless, unworn, and pristine condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

For online purchases, please return your item directly to us. While some of our pieces are available in-store, these returns are not facilitated.

For our international clientele, please note that returns are exclusively available to customers within the USA. Orders placed outside the United States are final and ineligible for return.

Do I need to register my return online?
Yes, all returns must be registered online before shipping the item back to us. Upon submitting a return request, you will receive a confirmation email indicating approval or denial. The Gifted reserves the absolute right to reject any return that fails to meet our strict 7-day policy. Returns that do not adhere to these conditions will not be accepted under any circumstances.

How do I return my order?
All items must be returned within 7 days of delivery in pristine, unworn condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and tags fully intact. Any return failing to meet these standards will be automatically denied.

Please follow these steps to return your order:

- Submit a return request via the “Register Registration” button above.

- Complete the form by inputting the requested details.

- Await approval or denial. If validated, you will receive a prepaid return label.

- Affix the return label securely to your package.

- Drop off the parcel at the designated carrier collection point.

Important Notice: Returns must be processed exclusively through The Gifted’s prepaid return label. Any unauthorized return or parcels sent via alternative carriers will be strictly refused. The Gifted is not responsible for lost or misplaced returns outside our official return process.
